The Eagle is Branded

For this one, I wanted to use the eagle head and eagle wheel center cap, but that just pushed it to seem a little over-the-top patriotic. And therein lies the rub. Due to a faction of obnoxious, selfish bullies, displaying patriotism can be misconstrued as aligning with said fanatics. That’s a shame.

But, since all of my other political pieces can be seen as critical, I’m inclined to go along with the above misconception. I know I’m not on any radars, but IF the gestapo is paying attention, maybe this will throw them off my scent.

In addition to the aforementioned eagles, I’ve included two keys from the Eagle Lock Co. and three Boy Scouts pins featuring eagles. The name probably throws off the whole ‘patriotic’ subterfuge, though…The Eagle Is Branded.
